you first have to go to "Zeil 3" (this is the street name, "Zeil" is the main shopping street - pedestrian area) and three days later you have to to Mainzer Landstrasse 323 with passport, photo and 50 Euro. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 - 12:30 and Thursday from 13:00 - 18:00 CET.
